Due to the customized and creative nature of our services—including video editing, media production, digital marketing, and creative support—projects involve time, expertise, and resources that begin being allocated once a project is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once work on a project has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes situations where work has started, deliverables have been provided, or revisions have been completed.

3. Deposits and Milestone Payments

Some projects require an upfront deposit or milestone payments. Deposits are used to reserve production time and allocate resources and are therefore non-refundable once the project has started.

4. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Failure to deliver the agreed scope of service
  • Inability to start the project within a reasonable timeframe without prior notice

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing assets or delayed feedback do not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Northbridge Group Agency LLC directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
